Refund Policy

At Tbams, we acknowledge that there can be changes in customer's schedules and needs on short notices. Please understand that we try our best to be as flexible and cooperative as possible. Inconvenience can cause our techs to lose valuable jobs, appointments which the techs attend are often paid that are cancelled or rescheduled on short notice. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Based on our plans, we have the following refund policies:

$99 ONLINE PLAN: Customers availing this plan have to pay a one-time fixed amount. There will not be any refund provided under this plan once the problem is fixed. The customers cannot claim any refunds once the services have been provided.

$199 BASIC PLAN: Customers availing this plan have to pay a sum of $199 which is valid for a period of 3 months. A full refund will be initiated within the first 15 days of your subscription. This refund will be subject to the failure to resolve any issue.

$299 PREMIUM PLAN: Customers availing this plan have to pay a sum of $299 which is valid for a period of 12 months. A full refund will be initiated within the first 15 days of your subscription. This refund will be subject to the failure to resolve any issue.

In case Tbams has been able to resolve one or more issue after 15 Days of subscription and customer still wants to cancel the subscription then $40 per event will be deducted from the total cost in addition to Setup fee and software license cost. Notwithstanding this Tbams may, at its sole discretion and on a case to case basis, agree to a refund of Support Plan charges after deducting Setup Fee and cost of paid Anti-virus and any other paid software which has been provided free of cost with any subscription plan.

Customer will be eligible for a refund in the following events:

  • The issues are outside the parameters of a specific plan.
  • The customers possess all the compulsory equipment which were required to resolve the issue and failure on account of failure to resolve the issue till the time the account was active.
  • On confirmation from the customer before 48hrs after resolving the fault.
  • The refund will be processed only after getting a written request by the customer on the email id info@tbams.com along with the reason for a refund.
  • In no case, the amount of refund/claim shall exceed the amount subscribed or paid by the customer to Tbams.
